The estate covers 400 hectares and is surrounded by vineyards (that produce the prestigious Aleatico wine), fruit orchards and the famous Mediterranean maquis with its myriad of plants and wildlife.

The property covers 12 km of fabulous beaches some of which are equipped for bathers and others which are not. In the centre of the estate there is a small 19th century villa that is now home to a small, welcoming hotel open all year round. Nearby are the 4 farms with the 40 apartments of varying sizes.

The 20 villas and chalets are distributed throughout the territory. Other facilities include tennis courts, swimming pool with bar area, a well supplied mini-market, a play ground area for children and lots of other sporting possibilities.
